Wagyu Beef Tenderloin

 

The tenderloin sits beneath the ribs. Because the muscle does little work, the tenderloin is the most tender beef cut. Typically, the tenderloin is either cut across its width to yield rounded shaped steaks or roasted whole with the addition of a herb to bring out the flavor.

Wagyu Striploin

 

Also known as strip steak, this is a relatively lean steak with less marbling than some of the other cuts. However, this being a Wagyu striploin, it is incredibly juicy, tender and full of flavour! Serve it medium-rare for best results.

Wagyu Beef Chuck

 

Fatty and juicy, the Wagyu Beef Chuck comes from the shoulder and neck of the beef and yields some of the most flavorful cuts of meat. Usually used for ground beef, our Wagyu Beef Chuck has a perfect ratio of marbling and fat.

Wagyu Beef Ribeye

 

Marbled throughout and boasting an internal band of fat, the ribeye is known as the ‘King of Steaks’ for a good reason – its fat content results in a perfect balance of tenderness, juiciness, and flavor.

Wagyu Beef Rump

 

The largest of the rump cuts, the heart of rump is a compact, chunky piece of meat. It is suitable for roasting. Center rump steaks can also be prepared, and are best served rare. Try marinating this cut to complement its beefy flavor and assist tenderness.
